Jon spent 35 years running a service business before he retired in 2013. Then, from 2014 to 2026, he consulted for lawyers and business owners in a highly specialized new industry. Now he’s turning to his passion: helping business owners increase profits and efficiency, and stage their exit strategy. He is also a business broker.

Tim Freeberg
Mechanical engineer, University of South Florida (B.S., M.S.)
Tim spent nine years as an engineer in FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing, at ConMed Linvatec, Stryker, and Medtronic, taking new products and processes through validation and to market.
From 2016 to 2024 he built and ran licensed production facilities in Washington State with his father. Today he runs BuiltCold’s marketing work with the same habits: test it, measure it, keep what works.
